One of Scotland’s biggest contemporary folk bands will return to Dundee later this year as Skerryvore bring their new Beautiful Mistakes album tour to LIVEHOUSE.
Dundee Culture can exclusively reveal that the internationally acclaimed eight-piece will perform at LiveHouse Dundee on Saturday 5 December 2026, with tickets set to go on general sale on Friday 3 July.
The announcement comes just days after Skerryvore captured the hearts of Scotland supporters by performing in Boston during the FIFA World Cup, where they played at the city’s Tartan Army fan zone after receiving a last-minute call-up.
Their performances became one of the standout moments of Scotland’s long-awaited return to football’s biggest stage, earning widespread praise from fans on both sides of the Atlantic.
Now, the band are preparing to bring that same energy back home as part of their Beautiful Mistakes album tour, with Dundee among a select number of Scottish dates.
Known for blending traditional Scottish folk with rock, Americana and contemporary influences, Skerryvore have built a worldwide following over the past two decades.
Their energetic live performances have seen them headline festivals and sell out venues across Europe, North America and beyond.
The Dundee show also represents another major booking for LiveHouse, which continues to attract some of Scotland’s biggest musical acts since opening its doors.
Fans hoping to secure tickets won’t have long to wait, with sales opening on Friday 3 July.
Given the band’s popularity, particularly following their World Cup performances, demand is expected to be high.
Further ticket details are expected to be released ahead of the on-sale date.
