Dundee Pride have announced plans for their 2026 celebration will take place on 27 June, with organisers promising a vibrant day of celebration, visibility and solidarity in the heart of the city.
The event will once again bring together LGBTQ+ communities and allies from across Scotland, culminating a month of Pride events nationwide with what organisers describe as a “powerful finale” to Pride Month.
First launched in 2018, Dundee Pride has grown significantly over the years and is now regarded as the largest Pride celebration outside Scotland’s Central Belt.
Organisers say they are aiming to build on the success of previous years with another major event celebrating love, equality and inclusion.
The 2026 event will feature a colourful parade through Dundee city centre before continuing with an afternoon programme of live entertainment, community stalls and inclusive activities designed to welcome people of all ages and backgrounds.
Further details about this year’s programme are expected to be announced in the coming months.
Applications are now open for businesses, charities and community groups interested in hosting stalls as part of the Pride Market, which will include catering, commercial traders and charitable organisations.
Dundee Pride organisers are encouraging people to register their interest and keep updated through the organisation’s official website ahead of further announcements.
