Broughty Ferry will be hosting its "Lights Night" on 21 November from 6-10pm, it has been confirmed.

Marking its 20th anniversary, The Broughty Ferry Lights Night has become one of the most beloved events in Dundee.

Organised by The Broughty Ferry Traders Association, this festive gathering for families showcases local amateur theatrical and musical talents, school choirs, and contributes to local charitable causes.

The highly anticipated one-night affair includes Santa's sleigh, provided by the local Round Table, and Horne’s street carnival 🎡, kicking off the holiday season with the official Christmas lights switch-on by The Lord Provost of Dundee.

The event, reaching its 20th year milestone in 2024, is fully funded and managed by The BFTA, offering Ferry traders the chance to support various local charities and community groups.

Moreover, the Traders are responsible for procuring and setting up the town’s Christmas lights, a generous gift to the community.
