Dundee Science Festival 2026 is here – and this year’s edition is extra special, marking 25 years of curiosity, creativity and discovery at Dundee Science Centre.
Running from Saturday 7 February to Sunday 22 February, this festival brings together researchers, universities, charities and creatives for two packed weeks of hands-on science across Dundee.
From artificial intelligence and brain health to music, microbes and urban wildlife, this year’s programme spans everything from cutting-edge technology to everyday wonder.

The majority of activities are included with Science Centre entry, with many not requiring booking, making it easy to drop in and explore.
Whether you’re planning a family day out, visiting solo, or building a week of discovery around the city, Dundee Science Festival offers something for every age and interest.
With in-centre experiences, digital resources and community events, Dundee Science Festival 2026 celebrates Dundee’s growing role in research and innovation while inviting everyone to imagine what the next 25 years could hold.

Fact or Fiction: AI Edition
