From the Pride March through the city centre to live entertainment, community stalls and family-friendly activities, here’s everything you need to know about Dundee Pride 2026 as it kicks off tomorrow.


Dundee will once again come together to celebrate the city’s LGBTQ+ community this Saturday (27 June), with thousands of people expected to take part in one of the biggest annual celebrations of diversity, equality and inclusion.


Taking place at Slessor Gardens, Dundee Pride 2026 will feature a colourful march through the city centre before a full afternoon of live music, drag performances, community organisations, food and drink, and activities for all ages.


Here’s your complete guide to the day.


Pride March


The celebrations begin in the morning with the annual Pride March.


10:00am – Participants should gather at Steeple Church.


12:00pm – The march sets off through Dundee city centre.

Whether you’re marching or cheering from the sidelines, organisers are encouraging everyone to wear bright colours and show their support for Dundee’s LGBTQ+ community.


Pride Village


The Pride Village will be open from 11:00am until 5:30pm inside Slessor Gardens.


Visitors can enjoy:

  • Community stalls

  • Local businesses

  • Food and drink vendors

  • LGBTQ+ organisations

  • Live entertainment

  • Youth Zone

  • Comfort Area (limited tickets available)


The village provides an opportunity to meet local organisations, discover support services and celebrate alongside friends, families and allies.

Meet the headline performers


One of this year’s biggest attractions is Danny Beard, who headlines the celebrations after rising to national fame through television and becoming one of the UK’s best-known drag entertainers.


Joining the line-up are crowd favourites including Miss Peaches, Megan Black, Channy and Smalltown Boy, alongside a fantastic programme of local performers throughout the afternoon.


Youth Zone


There will also be a dedicated Youth Zone running throughout the day with activities aimed at younger visitors.


The programme includes:

  • 11:00am–4:00pm – Comics Youth Workshop

  • 11:00am–5:00pm – Dundee Science Centre Workshop

  • 2:30pm – LIVE Lounge with Megan Black

  • 3:30pm – Badge-making Workshop with Scrapantics
