until March 2025, 4-10pm at Mills Observatory


With the countdown to the 90th anniversary underway, now couldn't be a better time to check out Mills Observatory. Discover the iconic and rare paiper-mache dome and tour around the grounds to get the best view of the night sky.


until December 2025 at the Dundee Museum of Transport


A brand new exhibition that brings you even closer to the fascinating world of Japanese automotive engineering and design. This highly anticipated exhibition is set to unveil an impressive array of vehicles that not only highlight the rich history of Japan’s automotive industry but also showcase its innovative spirit and forward-thinking technology.


22-23 October, 6pm and 7.15pm at The Old Steeple (meeting point)


Dark Dundee invites you to walk the streets of Dundee where the so-called 'witches' were hunted, tortured, and executed. The tour will take attendees to the locations where accused witches faced imprisonment, interrogation, and torture, shedding light on the fear, superstition, and religious fervor that fueled this historical hysteria. The meeting point is at The Old Steeple (St Mary’s Tower), Overgate, and it is recommended for individuals aged 13 and older, with those under 16 required to be accompanied by an adult. This event is not a ghost tour; rather, it presents the grim reality of Dundee’s darkest days.


23 October, 7.30pm, at the Caird Hall


The Caird Hall hosts a fabulous rendition of Swan Lake which is sure to captivate viewers of every age with its stunning beauty, dramatic flair, and enduring elegance. As a classical ballet masterpiece, it's an experience you'll treasure well beyond the last curtain call.


24 October, 6.30pm, at the Bonar Hall


UDIS are hosting their annual Diwali celebration and promises to be a spectacular showcase of Indian culture, traditions, and festive spirit.


24 October, 7.30pm, at Dundee Rep Theatre


Herbert returns to the abandoned Metropol cinema, where he was once trapped by his disturbed parents and consumed by horror films, seeking answers to his haunted past. As he delves into the darkness of the cinema, the real horror unfolds in a chilling journey filled with live performance and cinematic thrills, leading to shivers, shrieks, and shocking revelations.


24 October, 7.30pm, at the Caird Hall


Dive into an extraordinary celebration of Bon Jovi's timeless hits as The Bon Jovi Experience brings back the magic that characterized an era, taking you back to the golden age of stadium rock. The Bon Jovi Experience includes chart-toppers like 'Livin' On a Prayer,' 'You Give Love a Bad Name,' 'Bad Medicine,' and many others.


24 October, 7.30pm, at the Gardyne Theatre


Enter the mesmerising realm of music with "The Roy Orbison Story," starring the remarkable Barry Steele! This isn't merely a show; it's an unforgettable exploration of the life of one of rock and roll's most legendary figures. Barry Steele, who has captivated audiences worldwide and performed on the esteemed West End stage, showcases his exceptional talent to pay tribute to Roy Orbison and his legendary companions, The Traveling Wilburys.


25 October, 10.30am, at Blackness Library


Join Jane Torvaney's engaging and enjoyable interactive presentation about the body, where she'll delve into the wonders of the connective tissue system and its role in supporting you daily.


25 October, 11am, at The Steeple Church


The Yard Market is back, a unique event that showcases a curated collection of local, independent makers, artists, and designers. Discover a diverse range of high-quality products, from artwork and jewellery to sustainable goods and delicious food, all while supporting small businesses. Each month features a different lineup of around 40 exhibitors, ensuring you’ll find something new and one-of-a-kind, whether for yourself or as a special gift. Experience the vibrant atmosphere and help our local community thrive at this not-your-typical craft fair!


25 October, 4pm, at Clark's on Lindsay Street
