A first look inside Dundee’s new Wendy’s restaurant has been revealed, as the Reform Street site prepares to open its doors tomorrow on 26 March.

The new restaurant has taken over the unit previously occupied by Fridays & Go and Fatburger, with a full transformation now complete.

Fresh signage featuring the iconic Wendy’s logo has been installed, while the interior has been fitted out ready to welcome customers.

Images of the finished space show a modern layout, with seating areas, ordering points and branding now in place.

The opening marks the next step in Wendy’s expansion across the UK, with Dundee selected as one of its latest locations.

The arrival of the popular American fast-food chain is expected to draw strong interest, particularly given its central location on Reform Street.

The unit had been vacant since the closure of its previous occupants, Fridays & Go, and its redevelopment into a new restaurant is seen as a positive addition to the area. The opening also adds to the growing mix of food and drink options available in Dundee city centre.

With preparations now complete, Wendy’s is set to officially open to the public on 26 March, giving people in Dundee their first chance to experience the brand locally.
