A new Dundee to Glasgow Airport bus link has just been announced

A new bus link between Dundee and Glasgow Airport nine times a day from this week, providing easier travel for Dundee passengers, has just been announced.

As per the Courier, international coach operator FlixBus will begin a new route between Aberdeen and Glasgow Airport from 17 April, with principal stops in Dundee, Perth, and Stirling. The service will stop at Dundee at the Overgate Shopping Centre on West Marketgait and run nine times a day.

The journey from Dundee to Glasgow Airport will take approximately two-and-a-half hours, offering a convenient and cost-effective option for business and leisure travellers departing the city.

Prices from Dundee will start at £7.49, although advance bookings for Thursday's launch services cost between £10.49 and £16.99, according to FlixBus's website.

FlixBus, which already runs intercity services across Tayside, Fife and Stirling, is expanding further in Scotland, offering budget travel around Scotland.

The new expansion will be particularly good news for Dundonians going abroad, doing away with the necessity of having to change buses at Glasgow city centre bus terminals or railway stations.
