Major regeneration proposals aimed at transforming the future of the Dighty Burn have now been unveiled, with people across Dundee being invited to help shape the plans.
Dundee City Council has launched a public consultation on the proposals, allowing residents to view the plans online and submit their feedback as the project moves forward.
The initiative is being led by Dundee City Council as part of the wider Water Resilient Dundee partnership, alongside the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and Scottish Water.

While the consultation outlines a range of proposals connected to the burn, the wider focus of the project is expected to centre around environmental improvements, resilience, sustainability and the future development of the surrounding areas.
The Dighty Burn flows through several communities across Dundee before reaching the River Tay and remains one of the city’s most recognisable waterways.
Residents are now being encouraged to take part in the consultation and help shape the future direction of the project.
The proposals and consultation can now be viewed online through Dundee City Council’s portal application for the project.
