Dundee Culture founder Andrew Batchelor has been named as one of the top social media influencers in Scotland, a new list reveals.
With a specific focus on Tayside, Fife and the Central Belt, the list, which was published by The Courier stated:
Andrew has risen to fame in his home city through his blog Dundee Culture, which aims to showcase the best of Dundee. He started the site in his early teens – becoming the city’s youngest ambassador – and has now built a following of more than 60,000 people.
Speaking of the recognition, Andrew stated:
"I am over the moon to be featured as one of the top social media influencers in the country for my work on promoting Dundee through Dundee Culture.
Dundee Culture has been the proudest achievement of my life, and I am so proud to be recognised for the work in promoting the city that I am so proud to call my home!"
