Tickets now on sale for V&A Dundee’s much-anticipated David Bowie exhibition
David Bowie fans can now book their visit to V&A Dundee, with tickets on sale for the museum’s much-anticipated David Bowie: On Tour exhibition.
Opening on Wednesday 4 November, the exhibition will give fans another reason to head to Dundee’s waterfront this autumn.
Tickets cost between £6 and £11, while under-18s and V&A Dundee Members can visit for free.
If you’re hoping to go, it’s worth planning ahead. The museum expects demand to be high and says booking in advance is required to guarantee entry, with a maximum of four tickets available per transaction.
What to know before booking
V&A Dundee is encouraging visitors to choose their preferred date and time before starting the booking process. If you’re going with friends or family, check everyone can make it first.
It also recommends setting up an online account, or checking you can log into your existing one, ahead of booking.
A virtual queue may be used when the website is busy, so securing your tickets could take a little longer than usual. The museum says this will help keep the process fair and the website running smoothly.
Free entry for members
Alongside free entry to the exhibition, V&A Dundee Members will have access to extra bookable spaces.
Membership starts from £28 a year. Those joining now can also visit Catwalk: The Art of the Fashion Show and Vivienne Westwood & Jewellery for free.
General admission to V&A Dundee remains free, with the museum open daily from 10am to 5pm.
