Kanzen for Life are stepping up for this year’s Dundee Kiltwalk

Kanzen for Life is calling on Dundonians to lace up their walking shoes and step out in support of health, wellbeing and community empowerment this summer.
As the Dundee Kiltwalk returns on Sunday 17 August, the local organisation is offering free entry to anyone who wants to walk with purpose - and with them.
Promoting both physical and mental wellbeing, the Kiltwalk is one of Scotland’s biggest charity walking events. For Kanzen for Life, it’s also the biggest fundraising moment of their year.
The funds raised go directly towards supporting their work tackling inequality, creating positive pathways and helping people of all ages build healthier, stronger futures.
By joining the Kanzen for Life team, walkers will receive more than just a place in the event. Each participant will be given a free Kanzen for Life team t-shirt, training and fundraising tips, and be added to a WhatsApp group for support, encouragement and questions in the run-up to the walk. Participants will also benefit from a 25% top-up on donations via Gift Aid.
Registration is simple. Just sign up via Kiltwalk's Dundee event page and select “Kanzen for Life Limited” as your chosen charity. Then use one of the following codes to waive your entry fee:
Mighty Stride (20 miles, age 13+): KFLDUNMS100
Wee Wander (4 miles, adult): KFLDUNWW100
Wee Wander (4 miles, child): KFLDUNWWKID100
Once registered, walkers will receive a link from JustGiving to create a personal fundraising page. Whether walking solo, with friends, or as a family, it’s easy to start raising money for a good cause.
Kanzen encourages supporters to share their stories, upload a photo, and get the word out to boost donations.
This is more than just a walk – it’s a movement. With your steps and your support, Kanzen for Life can continue to create lasting change across communities.
