Hannah Laing to headline huge APEX Stage at Creamfields 2027
Dundee DJ Hannah Laing is set to reach another huge milestone in her career after being announced as a headliner of the massive APEX Stage at Creamfields 2027.
It marks another incredible step in the rise of the Dundee-born DJ, who has gone from playing pubs and clubs in her home city to performing at some of the biggest dance music festivals in the world.
And next year, she will take centre stage at Creamfields.
Hannah Laing to headline the APEX Stage
The APEX is Creamfields’ enormous indoor arena, capable of holding up to 30,000 people, with Hannah set to headline the stage on the Saturday of the festival.
Reacting to the announcement on social media, Hannah wrote: “I can't believe I'm headlining the Apex at Creamfields 2027.”
She also looked back at a remarkable journey with the festival stretching back more than a decade.
From festival-goer to Creamfields headliner
Hannah first attended Creamfields as a festival-goer in 2012 – an infamous year which saw severe weather and flooding force the cancellation of the final day.
Ten years later, things looked very different.
By 2022, Hannah was back at Creamfields as an artist during what proved to be a breakthrough period in her career, helping propel the Dundee DJ onto the international dance music scene.
Her rise continued at a staggering pace and, in 2024, she performed inside the APEX arena for the first time.
Now, just three years later, she is coming back to headline it.
From Dundee to the world's biggest stages
It is another massive achievement for an artist whose international profile has continued to grow, taking her from Dundee to major clubs, festivals and dance music events around the world.
But despite that global success, Hannah’s story remains firmly rooted in the city where it all started.
From playing small pubs and clubs in Dundee to standing in front of tens of thousands of people on some of the world's biggest stages, her journey over the past few years has been remarkable to watch.
And now one of Creamfields’ biggest stages has her name at the top.
