Extra Broughty Castle market dates confirmed for summer and autumn

Additional dates have now been confirmed for the popular Broughty Castle market events, with organisers announcing a series of extra Sundays taking place later this year.
The Yard Market revealed it will now be adding Sunday events alongside its existing Saturday gatherings at the historic waterfront location, giving visitors even more opportunities to explore independent traders beside Broughty Castle.
The newly confirmed dates are 21 June, 16 August and 20 September, with organisers saying they are “absolutely delighted” to expand the event calendar following strong interest and support.
The markets have become increasingly popular with visitors across Dundee and beyond, regularly bringing together a wide mix of local makers, food vendors, artists and independent businesses in one of the city’s most scenic settings.
Broughty Castle has become a standout backdrop for the events, with the markets helping attract more footfall to the seaside area during the warmer months while giving small businesses another platform to showcase their products.
Organisers are also encouraging traders interested in taking part to get in touch through The Yard Market website, where applications and further information are available for potential stallholders.
