Dundee has been described as 'Scotland's next big thing' in a new YouTube video by British travel vlogger JJ Extra.

British travel vlogger JJ Extra has highlighted Dundee as 'Scotland's next big thing' in a captivating YouTube video, shedding light on the city's unique charm and appeal.

During their visit, vloggers Josh and Jason, who run the channel, explored some of Dundee's top attractions, including Discovery Point, the Botanic Gardens, Broughty Castle and the Dundee Law.

During their visit, they praised some of the penguins on show, from the Discovery Penguins at Discovery Point, to the 'March of the Penguins' statue on the Nethergate.

They also visited the Auld Tram coffee stall and were fascinated by some of the city's public art such as the Desperate Dan statue and the Polar Bear statue.

They also paid a visit to the HMS Unicorn and noted that it was built in Kent, which is where they're from. Afterwards, they ended their video by visiting the Dundee Law and praised the views that it has.

With Eden Project coming down the line, a return for Josh and Jason should definitely be on the cards!
