A derelict building at Dundee’s waterfront is set for a major transformation.
Spaces Taylored, a local design firm, has revealed plans to turn the former HSS Hire site at City Quay into a new design hub and showroom.
The project will breathe fresh life into the empty space, adding another creative development to the city’s waterfront.
The move comes at a time when Dundee is seeing continued investment along the Tay, with new businesses and attractions helping to reshape the area.
City Quay, once home to industrial units, is steadily evolving into a vibrant mix of workspaces, homes, and leisure spots.
The latest development is expected to provide another boost for the area’s future growth.
