A big summer party is taking place at Dundee’s waterfront later this month

Dundee’s waterfront is getting ready to sizzle with summer vibes as a major dockside party is set to take place later this month beside the iconic RRS Discovery.

Promising an evening of music, food, and feel-good fun, the event invites locals and visitors alike to “start the weekend in style and party the night away” in one of the city’s most scenic spots.

Whether you’re dancing with friends or enjoying a relaxed drink by the water, this free summer celebration aims to be one of the highlights of the season.

Attendees can expect:

• 🍕 Freshly made pizzas served piping hot

• 🍾 Ice-cold refreshments to beat the heat

• 🍹 Special Discovery-themed cocktails to toast the summer

Hosted by Dundee Heritage Trust, the party takes place outside Discovery Point and is free to attend with a pre-booked ticket.

While the festivities will unfold right next to the legendary RRS Discovery, entry to the museum is not included in the party.

Visitors who wish to explore the vessel and Discovery Point during the day can do so by purchasing a ticket online or from the venue’s Front of House team.
