A big Christmas festival is coming to Dundee’s Perth Road for one night only

Winter Westfest is returning to Dundee’s West End on Thursday 27 November for a second year, bringing an evening of festive fun, food, music and community spirit.
Running from 4pm to 8pm at Miller’s Wynd Car Park on the Perth Road, the event is set to be bigger than ever, with a wide range of stalls, performances and activities for all ages.
Winter Westfest has become a much loved Christmas addition in the city, and this year’s line up is packed with local makers, independent businesses and festive attractions.
With sustainable shopping, tasty treats and even a visit from Santa, it’s shaping up to be one of the highlights of the season.
When and Where
Winter Westfest 2025 takes place on Thursday 27 November from 4pm until 8pm. The event is held at Miller’s Wynd Car Park on Perth Road, right in the heart of Dundee’s vibrant West End.
What to Expect
This year’s event brings back many favourite stalls, while introducing new makers and small businesses to the festive mix. Expect a relaxed, lively atmosphere, with music, street food, Christmas shopping and warm community spirit throughout the evening.
Stalls and Local Makers
Visitors will be able to browse a wide range of handmade and sustainable gifts. Smelleez will offer soap and grooming products for both people and pets, while Cairn O’ Mohr returns with their well known wines, ciders and non alcoholic drinks.
Altitude Candles will feature candles, wax melts and sustainable wrapping, and Linda Bee Draws Dundee will bring prints and cards with local flair.
There will also be craft beer from Law Brewing, colourful screen printed clothing and waxed cotton bags from Yolla Studio, and upcycled accessories from Transition Dundee.
Wilder Reworks will showcase one of a kind fashion pieces, while The Wee Red Barn brings recycled wooden furniture and homeware. Photography lovers can explore prints from Helmholtz Media, whose work captures unique views of Dundee.
Festive Food
Foodies will find plenty to enjoy. The No Pineapple Pizza Project will serve fresh, pineapple free pizzas, and King Good Cakes will offer bakes including empire biscuits, muffins, cake pops and gluten free or vegan options. It’s an ideal chance to try something tasty while browsing the stalls.
Music and Entertainment
This year’s musical highlight is a performance from The New Dundee Choir That Doesn’t Have A Name Yet. The choir will be singing festive favourites, adding warmth and atmosphere to the evening. Santa will also make a special appearance, making the event perfect for families.
