British sportswear brand Castore could be set to open their first Dundee store as plans are lodged with the city council, the Courier has reported.
A company based in Manchester, thought to be the activewear brand, has filed a building warrant application to renovate an existing unit in the Overgate shopping center.
If the proposal is approved, £100,000 worth of renovations will be conducted to modify the space next to the former Superdry store on the upper level.
The unit is currently listed as under offer by the commercial property estate agent Orinsen.
This Dundee location would become Castore's third store in Scotland, joining existing outlets in Glasgow and Livingston.
Expanding into Dundee is a strategic move for Castore, aiming to tap into the city’s dynamic retail environment.
